We had a great experience with our two families, a party of 8 people (including 4 kids). Beth was kind and patient. Initially we reserved four tandem kayaks but Beth recommended we switch to singles and have the children ride in front (with pads) because it would be easier to navigate. I'm thankful we went with her suggestion because it made everything more manageable with the little kids. She refunded us the difference without us even asking. She kindly allowed us to extend our time by a bit and checked in with us via text that night to see how our experience went. I highly recommend everyone using this company if they're interested in rentals.

Very easy to use and a beautiful path along the Milwaukee River. The pick up spot was easy find with a lot of parking. Schlitz Park is the ideal place to start, with a variety of routes you can choose in your time. Will do again!

Beth and her crew at Milwaukee Kayak Company are great! Well run operation, friendly and easy to work with, great location to tour any number of routes through Milwaukee's waterways. Highly recommend AND these guys GIVE BACK helping educate teens on water safety, water skills, and access to the waterways -- So special THANKS from All Hands Boatworks!!

Wonderful two hours on the Milwaukee River and nearby waterways. Enjoyed the unique vantage points of the city sites and insights from our great guide Scott. Customer service and responsiveness top notch.
