Your listing’s button sends people to your own website or booking page, so you never have to take bookings or waivers through us. Free, no card. The Website plan adds your website, bookings and the growth tools, and Website + App adds your branded presence in the app.
Yes. When paid plans open, your first paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, with full access to the plan you picked. The trial comes once per property, so switching plans or coming back later starts billing straight away.
Never. Keep 100% of every booking. We never charge a per-booking or per-client fee, on any plan, and we never add a booking fee to your guest’s checkout either. You pay one flat monthly rate (plus your own payment processor’s standard transaction fees).
Yes. Pay annually instead of monthly and get about two months free (roughly 17% off) on Website or Website + App.
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged.
Yes, on Website + App. Your business gets its own hub inside GoHubs, the free app your guests download once, under your name, logo and colors. It has its own address and QR code, so one scan opens it, and guests see your place rather than a directory of everyone else: your events, your arrival guide, booking and reviews, and the maps and safety alerts around it. There is no App Store listing or developer for you to manage. The Website plan is for the web: your own website, bookings and reviews, with no app presence.
An assistant in your cockpit that writes your listing details, social posts, emails, and replies to reviews, in your voice. It is on every plan, including the free one: 5 questions a day free, 25 on the Website plan and 100 on Website + App. The count resets at midnight UTC, which is evening in the US, and the cockpit always shows how many you have left, so you are never guessing.
Keep them. Your free listing links to both, so people book the way you already take bookings. Listing Plus adds more for $29 a month without changing any of that: connect your booking system (through Zapier, or upload a guest list) and every guest gets a review request after their trip, sent to Google or whichever review site you choose. You can also collect digital waivers by link or QR code, email past guests up to 100 times a month (and have us email them for you when the weekend forecast looks great), print flyers and posters with your QR code, and get Featured placement in the directory without a link.
Switch to Listing Plus instead of cancelling. It is $29 a month: your listing stays live so people can still find you, your website stays up exactly as it is, and your guest list and emails to past guests stay on, and so do your waivers. Editing your website, bookings and, on Website + App, your app inside GoHubs come back when you switch back. Change it any time in Account, Billing, and you can still cancel outright whenever you like.
List as many as you like. Adding a property is free on every plan, with no limit. Each location you want to take bookings on runs its own Website or Website + App plan, so you pay for what each one actually needs. Website + App includes the roll-up: bookings, revenue, and leads across every location on one screen. On the Website plan, add it for $99 a month per account.
