  River Expeditions was absolutely AMAZING! My family and friends had the best time from start to finish. The cabins were spotless, spacious, and fully equipped, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience even better. The white water rafting guides were true experts and made our adventure unforgettable, and the zip lining was an absolute blast! To top it all off, the restaurant on site was fantastic—the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was so much fun. If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway filled with adventure, great people, and lifelong memories, River Expeditions is the place to go. We are already planning our next trip back!

  My wife and I had a lovely time staying at our campsite. The bath house was stocked and clean. The camp store attendant was very nice. Every staff member we interacted with was great. We really enjoyed our lower new river rafting experience. Shane our river guide was great! We will definitely (and already have) recommend this experience. And even though it’s a bit of a drive we’ll be back.

  My daughter and I had a great time. She is 13. It was early in the season for rafting... the river was low... and we got to observe some training! Our guide, Jenna, was a pleasure, knowledgeable and inspiring. We stayed 2 nights in the Bungalow 2... we also enjoyed the zipline, which we found fun, but a little short. The lead guys were nice... the restaurant was closed when we got in, along with the clubhouse... but the ladies in the shop were very nice... we will be going back. It was mostly what I was looking for.

  The customer service staff was extremely rude and inflexible when dealing with what should have been a fun memory for me and my family. We have been wanting to take this trip for two years but had to wait for health reasons. We booked the trip and paid for each of us. But once again, illness made it impossible for our family member to travel. Of course, we were terribly disappointed that he could not join us for this highly anticipated trip. And being the selfless person he is, he insisted we go without him. Despite the fact this family member paid for an excursion he never got to take, despite the fact I spent money in the gift shop, despite the fact I tipped, despite the fact I purchased the very expensive photo/video package, staff was rude and aggressive when I wanted to include the sick family member by FaceTime in a moment to view the video with others who had also paid to take the trip. (There were no written signs or other verbal instructions to not use FaceTime during the video experience.) The situation could have been handled in a much more understanding and friendly manner. Instead, staff was anything but understanding. I was told, "I guess you never will use us again" after I attempted to calmly explain the situation. As this staff member suggested, I will not use this outfitter again. I will spend my money elsewhere when my family member's health improves. I will pay and have paid my FULL share. In return, I EXPECT MORE FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE. I gave two stars because the guides were great.
