  Amazing experience! Heather loaded the boards on our car and strapped them in, instructed us how to load them up on the way home, offered recommendations on where to go, park, and paddle to (complete with screenshots of Google maps with drawn instructions/arrows of the paddling locations), and gave clear instructions on how to return our boards. She was also very quick to respond and super helpful. The equipment itself was great - we got the average adult board size and they had bungee cords on both the nose and tail, so we were able to spend a long day on the water with our lunch secured. ☺️ Great quality and great service - we were well taken care of and will definitely be back!

  Good service. Fast and easy! Very easy to reserve a SUP. I sent a message the day prior and was able to pick up the next day after quickly signing some paperwork. They set up the paddle boards on top of the car for us and showed us how to secure them for the return trip. Super smooth process to return the boards as well.

  We have rented paddle boards from no snow many times. Heather is always amazing, helpful, and makes sure you have everything you need, even including your hangover meds! Lol Not only do they provide an amazing service at a great price, it’s the unbelievable care behind what they are doing that makes you always come back. We now own our own boards, but anytime we have friends along for the ride that need a rental, we make sure to stop by. It also helps that they are willing to fill our boards for just a couple bucks. This saves us the trouble and time when we’re ready to hit the lake. Can’t say enough about this great little shop. Check them out and support local!!

  They put the boards on our car for us and strapped them down. They gave us clear instructions on what to do after we were done using them to get them back on our vehicle, took a picture for reference. Excellent time on the lake with the rental boards. They have parking passes ready at the rental location as well. Great place to try. Will come back if we have friends in town that want to go to the lake. Highly recommend.
