Garret and his family at Desoto Outfitters were awesome! They were super nice and took great care of us. Black creek is clean, natural, and absolutely beautiful.

We are so glad we found this outfitter! We had the most beautiful and fun afternoon canoeing and swimming on the black creek with our kids. Garrett and team were great to work with, offering pick up and drop off, and letting us enjoy some chill time on the property after the float. Absolutely looking forward to going back.

We had an awesome trip at DeSoto Outfitters! They make it super easy to accommodate both big groups like our troop and smaller ones too. The cabin was perfect — well stocked, comfortable, and just what we needed to relax after a full day floating down Black Creek. The boys had a blast, and everything we needed was taken care of. The amenities are great, but what really sets this place apart is the family who runs it — they truly care and go out of their way to make sure you’re covered. We’ve been a few times now and they’ve never let us down. 10/10 recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!
